TAP

TAP is an iOS life tracker built for people who struggle with recurring routines. It combines five modules into a single local-first app — all completely offline, all owned with a one-time purchase.

  • Tasks — Recurring habits with NFC sticker completion, smart notifications, and a 98-day dot-matrix history.
  • Logs — Freeform tap counter for things without a fixed schedule: water intake, medication, meditation sessions.
  • Events — Count down to trips, birthdays, and deadlines with a progress bar and day-by-day breakdown.
  • Year — A 365-dot grid showing exactly how much of the current year has passed and what remains.
  • Life — A mortality timeline based on your age that keeps the big picture in view.

Each module can be toggled on or off in Settings. Use what you need.

Place cheap NTAG213 stickers (~$10/50 on Amazon) on everyday objects. Link a sticker to a task from within the app, then tap your iPhone to the sticker to mark it done — no unlocking, no opening the app required. TAP also supports multiple NFC stickers per task.

TAP includes a 3-day free trial. After the trial, a single one-time lifetime purchase unlocks the app forever. No subscription. No recurring fees.

No backend, no accounts, no network requests. All data is stored locally using SwiftData with automatic backups. Nothing ever leaves your phone.

What is TAP? TAP is an iOS life tracker designed for ADHD. It combines five modules — recurring Tasks, freeform Logs, event countdowns, a year progress view, and a life timeline — all on-device with NFC sticker support.
Do I need NFC stickers to use TAP? No. All tasks can be completed manually from within the app. NFC stickers are optional but add a satisfying physical element that makes habits harder to ignore.
How does pricing work? TAP includes a 3-day free trial. After the trial, a single one-time lifetime purchase unlocks everything forever — no subscription, no recurring fees.
Can I disable modules I don't use? Yes. Each of the five modules can be toggled on or off in Settings.
What NFC stickers should I buy? NTAG213 stickers are the best choice — cheapest, widely compatible, and fully supported by iOS CoreNFC. You can find 50 for around $10 on Amazon.
Is my data private? Completely. TAP has no backend, no accounts, and no network requests. Nothing is ever transmitted anywhere.
