Logs
The Logs module is a freeform tap counter. Use it for anything you want to count without committing to a schedule — water intake, medication doses, meditation sessions, coffees, pages read.
Unlike Tasks, Logs have no interval, no streak, and no due date. You tap when the thing happens.
Creating a log
Section titled “Creating a log”Tap + on the Logs screen and set:
- Name — what you’re counting
- Accent colour — used for the dot display and history
That’s it. No goal, no interval, no reminder required.
Logging an entry
Section titled “Logging an entry”Open a log and tap Log Now. TAP records the entry with the current timestamp. Each entry can optionally have a note attached — tap the note icon on any entry to add or edit one.
Logs also support NFC sticker pairing. Once linked, tapping your iPhone to the sticker adds an entry instantly, without opening the app. Entries recorded via NFC are tagged with a NFC badge in the history.
Viewing history
Section titled “Viewing history”The log detail screen shows three quick stats at the top:
- Today — entries logged today
- This week — entries in the last 7 days
- Total — all time count
Below the stats, switch between two views:
Dots — a calendar grid where each day you logged anything shows as a filled dot. Good for seeing patterns at a glance.
Log — a chronological list of every entry, newest first, with:
- Date and time
- NFC or Manual badge
- Note icon (tap to add or view a note)
- Swipe left to delete an individual entry
Deleting entries
Section titled “Deleting entries”Swipe left on any entry in the Log view to delete it. To delete the entire log, open the log detail and use the delete option in the menu.
There is no automatic reset — entries accumulate until you delete them.
