Set up tabletop play
Section titled “Set up tabletop play”- Open the inner display about halfway. Place the lower half on a stable table with the hinge running left to right.
- Keep the scoreboard on the upright half. The two scoring areas sit on the half resting on the table, with one area for each player.
- Tap the player names to match the people sitting at each side. If you change seats, use Settings → Swap sides.
DuoScore uses the fold position reported by the system to keep the scoreboard and buttons clear of the hinge. When the fold runs vertically in book pose, each player gets their own side of the screen. With the inner display open flat, the scoreboard and controls share the expanded screen. Closing the phone switches to the upright player cards on the cover display.
Make the buttons readable from your seat
Section titled “Make the buttons readable from your seat”Open Settings → Button orientation. Face players rotates the two tabletop button labels toward opposite edges. Same direction lines them up with the scoreboard. Use that option when you’re sitting together or one person is keeping score. Handheld cards always keep their buttons upright.
Your current game carries across these layouts. See Settings and support if the score and controls appear on the same half.
